HOSA makes getting started with the National Competitive Events Program simple with online testing for State Qualification Testing. Before you can bring that gold medal home from the State Leadership Conference in March, you first have to place as one of the top 50 in the state in January. Not all competitions require a State Qualification Test, but the majority of them do, and it is a great experience for students to be a part of. The ease of taking the test on a computer at your school for a small cost makes State Qualification Testing well worth the little investment!

And even if you don’t place during State Qualification Testing, you are still more than welcome to attend the State Leadership Conference, and compete in an event that does not require a State Qualification Test or just attend without competing! Either way... watch out SLC, here you come!
