Chapter Spotlight: CITA HOSA’s Monthly Services & Events

One thing that I love about CITA HOSA is that our members always show up! This month was jam packed with events such as our member meeting, community services and FLR North. At our member meeting we discussed State leadership conference, fall rally final reminders, and made cards for our counselor to support her during breast cancer awareness month! In addition to that we also had two community service opportunities one being a 5k where our students could either pass out water and fuel to the runners or run themselves; and two being the Nick-a-Jack fall festival where the students helped at the HOSA table as well as different tables and assisted in clean up. To end off our month the members who participated in the statesman exam were able to attend FLR North and have a fun filled day in Six-Flags. All in all, I believe CITA HOSA had a very successful October and I can’t wait to see what’s in store for us next!
