Chapter Spotlight: Dooly County High School Breast Cancer Walk

On October 14, 2022, in honor of Breast Awareness Month, Dooly County High School hosted a pink out football game. The HOSA club partnered with the athletic department to sponsor a cancer walk that included cancer survivors and relatives. Participants completed one lap around the track. HOSA members also collaborated to assemble and distribute gift bags to fans as they entered the football. Gift bag items included office supplies, mugs, and literature on routine screenings. Items were donated by the local Health Department and other community partners.
