Chapter Spotlight: Southeast Bulloch High School

HOSA members hosted the Southeast Bulloch Middle school students on November 4th and 5th. 8th grade students participated in breakout sessions designed and led by HOSA members. Six different groups of 8th graders participated in 5 breakout sessions each day; most sessions related to lab skills but the last session was dedicated to HOSA and Healthcare Science courses. This activity aids 8th graders and counselors as they schedule classes for next year and allows HOSA members to demonstrate some of their lab skills as well as leadership skills. A follow up survey showed high interest in HOSA and the Healthcare pathways.
