Chapter Spotlight: What a GREAT jump start for THINC HOSA with an Ice Cream Social!

On Friday September 1st THINC HOSA held an Ice Cream Social during 2nd and 3rd block. This social was held to give students the opportunity to come visit with THINC’S officers and get a feel for what HOSA is all about. This event also served as a fundraiser, as tickets were $5, but students who joined HOSA would receive that money back. Lots of fun took place during this event. It included healthcare trivia, discussion of the upcoming conferences and competitions, members and potential members were able to vote on designs that will be submitted as our entry in the Chapter T-Shirt Design, State T-Shirt Competition, along with State Pin Design Competition. And finally an introduction to the officer team for 23-24 school year! All together this event was very successful and will definitely be an event we will utilize next school year!!
