Chapter Spotlight: Woodville Tompkins Technical & Career High School

On November 4, 2021, Chatham County hosted Kid Biz Career Fair for third and fifth graders in numerous schools in the district. Woodville Tompkins Technical & Career High School's HOSA chapter participated. They listened to heart sounds and let the children listen as well. They showed the elementary students how to take a pulse ox as well. There were Health Science-related coloring pages, and each student received a nice giveaway. Woodville's students represented healthcare well by being role models and sharing with the elementary students future educational and career opportunities.
