AAI HOSA: December Guest Speaker Session with Dr. Langer and Dr. Boockvar

Alliance Academy HOSA truly wants our members to hear from medical professionals in various fields. In October, we had Dr. Joyce Khang from California to talk about dentistry. In November, we had Nurse Bobbie Smith to talk about flight nursing. In our most recent session, we talked to Dr. David Langer and Dr. John Boockvar to talk about the field of neurosurgery and the path they took to get to where they are today! Dr. Langer and Dr. Boockvar are two, highly accomplished neurosurgeons- who are also the stars of the Netflix medical docu-series: Lenox Hill. Lenox Hill is a medical docu-series on Netflix following Dr. Langer, Dr. Boockvar, and two of their colleagues from their day-to-day life in treating patients and their cases. AAI HOSA was honored to have hosted our monthly guest speakers and allowed our members to hear from medical professionals in a plethora of fields!
