Chapter Spotlight: Burg Bash Booth

Our Lee County HOSA chapter set up a booth at the Lee County Chamber of Commerce's "Burg Bash," an event designed for vendors, businesses, and nonprofits to come together and engage with the community. At the booth, members interacted with visitors using a prize wheel, offering donated ThermaCare wraps, fitness center merchandise, QR codes to our chapter's website and social media platforms, and, of course, candy! This event provided over 8 hours of volunteer service and an invaluable opportunity to promote HOSA and youth involvement in the healthcare field within our community. Thanks to our generous sponsors and the hard work of our dedicated officers and members, we were able to represent both the organization and our school. Networking with event coordinators has opened many doors for future community service opportunities and has helped establish a lasting reputation for Lee County HOSA in our community.
